香港民事訴訟流程相對內地的民事訴訟流程而言會較久，一個案件從起訴到最後的庭審並取得法院的判決可能需要大概3年左右的時間。在這個過程中，代理律師和客戶對於案件都有較多的任務需要完成，而不是說簡單的遞交證據資料後就等法庭的開庭通知。

再談內地判決在香港執行
在大概2015年筆者在內地作為實習律師時，在一個週末的下午翻看著在香港讀法律時的課堂筆記寫了一篇名為《內地判決如何在香港得到執行》的小文章。這篇小文章最先是發表在一個朋友的微信公眾號上，沒想到之後不斷傳閱引起了一些關注，並於大概2016年發表在法制日報社主辦的《法人》雜誌上。該文章在網上仍然可以搜索到。
